Day 10: God’s Restoration and Deliverance

Scripture Readings: Psalms 10, 40, 70, 100, 130; Proverbs 10

Daily Prayer: Spirit of the Living God,

Today, as I delve into Your Word, I seek to be molded by Your teachings and strengthened by Your presence. Open my eyes that I might see the wonders of Your law.

In Psalm 10, I call upon You in times of trouble. You see the trouble of the afflicted; You consider their grief and take it in hand. The helpless commit themselves to You; You are the helper of the fatherless.

Through Psalm 40, I wait patiently for the Lord; You turned to me and heard my cry. You set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. I sing a new song, praising our God, and many will see and fear and put their trust in You.

From Psalm 70, I ask for Your swift deliverance. May those who seek to take my life be put to shame and confusion. But may all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You.

In Psalm 100, I enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise. For You are good and Your love endures forever; Your faithfulness continues through all generations.

Psalm 130, out of the depths I cry to You, Lord; hear my voice. Let Your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy. With You, there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve You.

From Proverbs 10, I meditate on the sayings of wisdom and folly. The teachings of the wise bring life and lead away from the snares of death. Let Your blessings rest on my head and Your protection guide my path.

Spirit of the Living God, envelop me with Your grace today as I reflect on these passages, allowing them to shape me into Your likeness.

In Your mighty and compassionate name, I pray, Amen.
